Specific Terms and Conditions for Traffic Services:

Any website / URLs that have any of the following are not permitted:

• Web sites with illegal, racist, or hateful content.
• Web sites with content we deem to be inappropriate for our visitors.
• Phishing URLs, Trojans, Adware, Malware, etc.
• Iframes that redirect to malicious websites.
• Frame breaking scripts.
• Web sites with a download prompt.
• Domains with .tk or .co.cc extensions.
• Germany .de, Russia .ru, and India .in must target the country they originate in.
• Popups or Javascript Prompts (1 allowed on Pop-Up Traffic).
• Stumble Upon Links.
• Adf.ly, Adfoc.us, and other PTP sites.
• Sites with clicks or ads.
• Blank landing pages.
• We do not deliver traffic to: Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, and other Social media sites.
• For our Adult and Alexa traffic, sites that video and audio are set to auto play are not allowed.

Should any of these be added to the website after its approval, the campaign will cease immediately and you will not be refunded for your purchase. Furthermore, if we discover you are trying to get around our Terms of Services a refund will also not be granted.

We also hold the right to refuse service to anyone we choose. A refund will be provided if we refuse service.

Delivery Speed
After you place an order, we manually setup access to Stats Center. Then an email containing the login information will be sent directly to you. Typically, this happens within 12 hours however, emails are only sent out during our office hours as listed on our Contact Page. The campaign will then become active after our advertising team has approved the landing page. Most traffic campaigns are activated within 24 hours after ordering. However, Pop-under, Adult, and Alexa traffic campaigns are not activated on weekends.

All new orders will have a delivery speed of at least 5 days set. Due to the nature of our business and the risk of fraudulent orders, we have this policy in place to protect ourselves. Once we have established a positive history with you, the delivery speed can be set for under 5 days. Since we only send real traffic, we cannot guarantee the delivery speed. In some GEO / Niche target combinations, we do not have the inventory to deliver at a high daily volume.

Pop-under orders with auto-playing videos or sound will run slower since we only allow these types of websites on a small percentage of our pop-under network. Pop-under orders with pop-ups/javascript prompts are capped at 1,000 visitors per day.

While it is possible, we also can not guarantee earnings through Adsense or other advertiser networks.

As mentioned in our FAQ, we can not guarantee our Alexa traffic will increase your Alexa ranking. Alexa rankings are based on more than just traffic. So we do not offer refunds for our Alexa traffic based on a lack of increased rankings. A refund would only be offered if we can determine our system did not send the traffic.

In no event shall we be held liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages whatsoever arising from the use of our service. We cannot be held responsible if your account is banned by any CPA or affiliate program. It is suggested you read carefully the Terms of Service of any program you are planning to use our service to make sure it is in compliance with their Terms of Service.

Specific Terms and Conditions for Guaranteed Signups:

A “Guaranteed Signup” is defined as a request for free information from the website submitted. Free information can be described as:

• Filling out a form to receive information via email.
• Submitting a pre-enroll application.
• Submitting an email address for inclusion in a newsletter.
• Completing an application for a free membership.
• Completing a form in order to take a free tour of your offer.

A “Guaranteed Signup” does not mean that you will receive any type of compensation or upgrade activity from a member.  Furthermore, if your program requires a user to submit multiple pages of information, or requires the user to proceed with a confirmation process via email in order to appear in your back office, by submitting such an offer you agree that the signup information provided by SFI Coop is final.

Guarantee
We guarantee that the sign-ups are from genuine people interested in learning more about your product or service. We guarantee the email address to be 100% fully deliverable. If an email cannot be delivered to the address, then we will gladly remove the sign-up and credit your account.

Refund Policy

All sales of http://sfi-coop.com products/services are final and are non-refundable. By completing your purchase from sfi-coop.com, you agree that you are purchasing digital, intangible goods and as such are not entitled to a refund of said goods, regardless of the reason why. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE

Types of Websites Accepted and How They Are Processed

• We accept websites that offer a free service or free information only. Visitors can not be prompted to make payment of any type before completing the entire free process. If you program does not allow a visitor to complete the entire process without prompting for payment, then your account will be removed from our system. You will then have the option to change the URL to a program that fits within our guidelines or you may be charged a 10% administration fee. Know what program you are advertising and do not submit “payment required” programs.
• If your website requires a visitor to fill out multiple pages before completing any type of free registration, please note that we will recognize only the first form submission (first page of the process) and will count this as one signup, regardless if the rest of the registration process is completed. It is advised that if you have a program that has many different pages of information before completion that you create a custom signup form to use instead.
• If you are promoting a program that is masked or inside frames, we reserve the right to change the promotional URL to reflect the exact location of the signup URL to obtain the signup.
• If your website requires a user to view a movie or intro longer than 30 seconds before providing them with an option to signup, your account may be removed. Furthermore, if your site contains sounds or videos but as it normally takes a lot of time to load it is advisable to disable them for better results. You (the person placing the order) understands that we count a visit after 20 seconds and if after 20 seconds visitor viewing the ad closes it before it finishes loading (due to network bandwidth, high impact graphics, animation, sounds or lack of interest on the visitor’s part etc.), IT WILL COUNT AS AN AD VIEW ON OUR SYSTEM, WE HAVE SENT YOUR SITE TO THE VISITOR AND HAVE THEREFORE FULFILLED OUR OBLIGATION. It is important to note that this scenario may not appear in your website statistics. Sfi-coop.com cannot control the acts of the individuals viewing your site and will not be held responsible for these actions.

Changing Your Signup URL

If you wish to change your program URL after it has received one or more signups, you will be required to purchase credits equal to the amount used for your current URL. This means that if you have purchased 50 credits and used 10 of those credits for Site A, you cannot change the URL to Site B until you have purchased an additional 10 credits to bring Site B to 50 total credits. This does not apply to those accounts that have been contacted by Customer Service requesting a new URL.

Dispute of Signups

Getting an account credit for a bad signup is easy to do but to ensure that your requests are handled as soon as possible you will need to follow a few guidelines.

Only signups with bad email addresses will be replaced. To request a signup credited back to your account, please list the entire signup information line as it appears in on the Stats Tracker portal. You will have 7 days from the date listed on the signup to request a new signup. Signup disputes older than 7 days will not be honored. Submit a support ticket in the Stats Tracker portal area in order for your request to be processed. The date and time of your submission will be used to determine the 7-day guidelines.

Please note that signups will only be credited if we have determined that an address is invalid. We will do so by sending an email to the signup contact. If we do not receive a bounce back, we will not replace the signup. When a signup is credited it may or may not be removed from your list regardless if the credits have been replaced. We will not replace signups that have already been replaced.

CPA Offers

While we will deliver signups to CPA offers, we will not and cannot guarantee that any part of your offer beyond the first page will be completed. Some offers have multiple pages containing hundreds of questions, and all are required to be completed before CPA offers will count the signup. We will count the signup as valid after the very first page is submitted, regardless of your CPA requirements. Additionally, we do not guarantee that your CPA provider will acknowledge or accept any sign ups submitted through our system. Most offers require strict cookie guidelines which can be corrupted, removed or overwritten during the signup process. In addition, since merchant sites must include a “clear pixel” on their website in order to count the signup, this can easily be removed by the merchant and therefore may never count your signup.

Note: A clear pixel is responsible for reading the cookie info set by your affiliate link. Many programs and browsers have enforced stricter cookie guidelines and therefore may not allow the clear pixel to properly read this information. Running CPA offers through this network are considered to be at your own risk and without any rights to dispute based on tracking information which you do not directly control.

We do not accept programs that ask for quote services or require a user to give financial data. Since our servers collect all information in order to provide proof of signup, we cannot and will not hold sensitive personal information.

Inaccessible Programs
In the event, your website becomes unavailable or terminated and visitors cannot reach your website, you will have 7 days to address the issue by changing your URL.  Programs that do not address the issue within 7 days may be removed from the system without any right to compensation.

Use of Information
Unless you have entered into an express written contract with this website to the contrary, visitors, viewers, subscribers, members, affiliates, or customers have no right to use this information in a commercial or public setting; they have no right to broadcast it, copy it, save it, print it, sell it, or publish any portions of the content of this website. By viewing the contents of this website you agree to this condition of viewing and you acknowledge that any unauthorized use is unlawful and may subject you to civil or criminal penalties. Again, Visitor has no rights whatsoever to use the content of, or portions thereof, including its databases, invisible pages, linked pages, underlying code, or other intellectual property the site may contain, for any reason for any use whatsoever. The prevailing party shall be reimbursed by the other party for any and all costs associated with the dispute arbitration, including attorney fees, collection fees, investigation fees, travel expenses.

Jurisdiction and Venue
